The legs aren’t so bad they’re pretty stretchy but man ! Let me tell you ! follow the size guide I did and omg I feel like even the first setting is insane it does slim you down doesn’t fully get rid of the mom pouch but still highly recommend it for those tryna hide it ! I don’t regret this purchase at all

I am 5’3” and 147 pounds so I bought the medium. Was a little tough to get into (but was expected because I’m on the high end on that weight category) The waist trainer was delivered a day early and it makes my body look SO GOOD and is comfortable compared to others I’ve tried! Plus accentuates my butt and boobs without any weird padding. 10/10 recommend!
