Ordered an X-Large. I'm 5'6 264lbs. It fit great. I have an super Apron belly. The only downside is that the waist trainer wasn't long enough in the front to cover the apron belly and support longer torso. However I love the room it gives under the bust and the lower back which has always been a challenge with other waist trainers. If you have e difficulty finding waist trainers with an apron belly. Give this one a shot for a little confidence boost.

I just got it and I can already tell it is great quality. I got a large, I’m 5’8 roughly 215 lbs lol weird for me to disclose that. Anyway, every other brand I tried gave me a second pair of boobs except this one. It can right under my bust. Can’t wait to wear this on a daily basis.

I’m 4’11 and weigh 171 pounds. First time I put it on I was able to clamp it on the middle row! Struggled a little to get the zipper up but eventually got it! I feel nice and compressed and my back feels so much better! I have a tendency to slouch and this has helped me with my posture. The fabric is wonderful as well!
