This waist trainer is very comfortable for all day wear. I suggest to go a size down from what you are. So if you are medium order small. Very easy to hook all the hooks and zipper zips easily.

Ive tried soo many waist trainers and I can say I LOVE this one I can wear this every day or even at The gym and what I love about this one is it holds the back fat as well lol!!! This is the second pair I bought and looking to try other products!

This shape-wear fits great! I feel like it gives me a smooth back and tummy and even helps the girls be a little more perky. I recommend starting the hook and eye from the bottom and working your way up! Im going to be purchasing another a size smaller so I can go to the gym in it! I love the adjustable straps and how wide they are. They dont eat into my shoulders at all. Totally recommend!
