Mainly lifts the booty butt adds an extra little bump for the booty challenged women like myself. It is very light weight and the material is very comfortable it does not get hot on your skin actually very smooth... some days I cannot wear it for long periods of time and some days I can. It runs a bit larger so I would order a smaller size next time but I like it!!! It also holds in my tummy nicely for overall shape!!
