I ordered a size small and I have done waist training before. I am 5'5" and 170 lbs. It is really comfortable. It does fit well. So far it seems durable.

Hi girls, I want to say that I'm not in a rush to get the body shape I want. If anything I want a slimmer waistline, the packaging is ok. Everything seems to be in perfect condition! This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one is a different color and I like options. The fabric on this is really good for holding you in. It has some stretch, of course, but not so much that it negates its purpose. The banding on this gives me a nice shape, especially compared to cheaper shapewear that seems to stretch out and lose its shaping power overtime.
