Keep in mind that shapers are compression garments that are designed to slim your figure, it's important to follow our measuring steps.
Step 1: Bust
Measure your bust size in inches by wrapping the measuring tape around the part that sticks out the most.
Step 2: Waist
Measure the contour of your waist by wrapping your measuring tape around your waist as shown in the image.
Step 3: Hips
Measure the contour of your hips by wrapping your measuring tape around the widest part.

I almost never write a review, only if it's really bad; but I decided to write this, because it is very good! I explain - I have been looking for just such a corset for a long time, thanks to the manufacturers! It tightens the stomach and keeps the figure straight and slender.
My favorite waist trainer, very incognito under clothes. When I first recieved it I was on the first hook, broke it in, and 3 days later ended up on the last hook. I purchased a sz medium I think I will try for a small now but so far so good! I wear for about 16hr a day and also work out with it on. Only time I dont wear it is when I sleep.
This waist trainer is a must have. I love the hooks and the zipper is definitely a plus. ladies you will get a good snatch with this trainer it has very good compression but is still comfortable for long wear.
