I'm wearing these right now at work. They are so so comfortable. Super stretchy and not confining at all. Have not worked out in them, and probably won't, but you could. 10/10 would buy again.

These high waisted shorts are so comfortable. They are great to wear with skirts and dresses with so much ease. They fit me really well and I love to wear them to hide behind my sheer summer dresses.

If you're like me, and have just gotten a bit flabby in your old age, and don't want it to show in some of your clothes, then this is the item for you. Fit seems to be true to size, and it does just what I had hoped it would without constricting you so much that you feel like you're in a vice. Great product.
