Great material! I’m 5’1, 130lbs. I got an S. I wear it on the second row. There are 3 rows. It fits great!! It’s fitted and slightly challenging for that “waist training” feel.

I love this! Really snatches you and the 3 different straps makes it easier to move it to fit your body best. Im normally a large but I got a medium so that it would be super tight. Id say its true to size and you dont need to size up or down

I like that this has three bands to adjust and it covers the entire belly including the dreaded fupa. It doesnt slip down while working out. I have a small frame but I would size up to give more room to make it less tight but it does a great job of compressing. Btw I ordered a small but a medium would have been a better fit.
