Was Hesitate but Baby, Order it now !! This Is so comfortable and once I got it on I forgot it was on until I sat down and it had me sitting properly up and it wasnt uncomfortable so yes! it Helps with posture and I felt so confident wearing it .

My sister got a large but it didnt fit her but it fit me and Im usually a medium. So the size does run smaller. It works great and I love the zipper feature so it has a smooth texture. Its my new go to undergarment now. Its not 100% comfortable but its more comfortable than any other one Ive worn in the past.

Really love this waistband!! I had another velcro one before and it made me look bulky and didn't help me. I'm 2 1/2 months postpartum and I'm a size 28 in these jeans but they are a bit tight. After putting on the waistband I went down a size. It doesn't choke me and it doesn't bend when I sit down! I bought a size small and use the loosest clip to hold it in place!
