I work at a desk all day and tend to slouch and experience back discomfort from time to time. But when I pit this on, instant relief. I wear mine everyday, and even when working out. 100% recommend.

Great quality waist trainer absolutely loves it. However, if you are just starting to waist train, I recommend sizing up only because it is not stretchy material. If i did not have extra strip to extend I would have had to return it for a bigger size and that's that i've been waist training for about 6 months now. Really great though I love it !

Finally a trainer that is long enough to include my lower belly apron. It has been a struggle to find a trainer long enough to include my lower belly. Wry happy with this purchase :)

I only tried it on and wore around the house for a while. . Being that I've never been able to wear any type of support/shaper.
Was easy to get on, fabric was soft. When I sat down I was able to breath comfortably.

I love this shape wear. I have looked for a good stomach flattening body suit for awhile since I had a baby and based off of the reviews, I went with this product. I love it! It makes me look curvy in the right places and helps me loose the foopa😂 I am excited to order a smaller size too once I loose some weight. I am 5’2” and 160lbs so I got a medium. It is the perfect fit. It is comfortable to wear all day and the butt sizing is adjustable as well which I love! Would highly recommend this product!
