I loved it. It was the right size and I am able to work out in comfort.

I work at a desk all day and tend to slouch and experience back discomfort from time to time. But when I pit this on, instant relief. I wear mine everyday, and even when working out. 100% recommend.

Great quality waist trainer absolutely loves it. However, if you are just starting to waist train, I recommend sizing up only because it is not stretchy material. If i did not have extra strip to extend I would have had to return it for a bigger size and that's that i've been waist training for about 6 months now. Really great though I love it !

I love this product. I have tried a lot of different kinds of body shapers and none have ever given me the look I wanted. However, this one makes my curvy figure look super snatched and fit. I recommend to size up so it is not super tight and uncomfortable. overall I really like this product and I would recommend to others.

You can sit down and it does not roll up. I work on a stand up lift, moving boxes up and down manually, and this stays in place very well for 12 hours.
